Open FolderMagic and use FolderMagic's Explorer view to browse to the system folder you want to change. Select any icon you want to use and double-click it to select it. Click here to see a picture.

A little information about Windows System Icons: System icons are icons that represent Windows system virtual folders like "Computer" (on Vista), "My Pictures", "Recycle Bin", "My Computer", etc. Also, note, you cannot change the color of these icons, you can only change the folder's icon.
